We are Bali handicrafts supplier for wholesale only. And also as buying agents. We accept the order in minimum of 3 cubic meter for sample send by LCL or air with minimum amount of US$ 500. Most we do regular order minimum of one container 20" full lodge.

Regarding the payments when you make any order as bellow:

Due our business is low profit so that we need all the payments should in advance, we need 50% deposit when you confirmed the order than one week before we send the package we need the balance, because we need to pay all the worker when we take the goods. We need to check all the goods with the shipping agents and to pay the rest of all those goods and the team work; we can not take the goods without paying. All payments can do by Bank transfer, from all the country.

We need your trust to us as your working partner in Bali; we want that we make long term relationship, our business relationship working as triangle system (supplier, user / buyer and the cargo)
SUPPLIER: This will prepare (we are Visionbali), producing / to organize what the user or buyer need.
USER / BUYER: you are user or offer again to third parties / selling to the user / retailers.
CARGO : the shipping company will control between SUPPLIER and USER/BUYER because the local cargo in Bali will work with us (Supplier) and other hand also the cargo in Bali has / looking the working partner in your country (shipping agents work with) so that the partner shipping agents in your country will work with you or your agents (may you have agents to arrange all your import (if you have let us know)

After we work with you and decided what shipping agents we use, we will let you know our shipping partner agents in your Country, they will always make contact with our shipping company in Bali and you as buyer.

The order will finish depend on quantities of the order and about 1 month for handicrafts category from the date of first deposit we accepted.

Regarding the shipping. We will deliver your items to your port by LCL if less then 15 CMB (centimeter cubic) but if more we will send it by container 20". It can pit about 28 CMB and guarantee less damage and less movement. For silver or garments in small quantities, most we send it by Courier services or AF (airfreight). We will check the shipping price with our agents in Bali (I think you know already / very clear as you done before) or may you have a shipping agent already you work with .

For container shipping rate we charge in two way payments
payments one: Local Charge (local handling charge)
Local handling charge have to pay in Bali, such as:
- Quality control
- pick up the goods to ware house
- ware house fee / storing - Packing
- Stuffing
- Trucking, Shipping of the container from an to the harbor of Surabaya
- Documentation ( Bill of Lading, Form A, Commercial Invoice, Packing List )
- Custom clearance ( Surabaya )
- Courier Documents
- Fumigation
- THC ( Terminal Handling Charges )
Payments Two: Ocean Freight (Ocean freight charge)
Ocean freight ( Surabaya to any consignee destination Ports )
Ocean freight rates are better negotiated at the destination end with any shipping lines, as this gives the advantage to ship "collect" which means those costs will be charged when the container arrives. Or you can pay by prepared so that we can prepare your ocean rate in Bali
There are three different kind of containers according to their size:
1- The 20 feet container: it has a capacity of 28 cubic meters and measures 5.89m(L) X2.35(W) X 2.39(H).
2- The 40 feet container: it has a capacity of 56 cubic meters and measures 12.03m(L) X 2.35(W) X 2.39(H).
3- The High Cube 40 feet container: it has a capacity of 70 cubic meters and measures 12.03m (L) X 2.35 (W) X 2.69(H).
Regarding our service if you have chance to come we can go together to get the merchandise, we can assist you with our transportation to get any product around the island in where spouse the people make those merchandise, we work for you, regarding the payment of our service at 10% from total invoice you have on buying merchandise. But if you buying our product directly from us (Visionbali) the price we have already included the fee of our services.
we will look after your order, arrange all till we ship it / arrange all shipping/cargo , control quality of merchandise, paying the balance of your order and etc necessary till we ship to your port. the price sure a lot cheaper due we go and do the order directly to the worker in the villages.
